I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa as she helped advocate and care for my friend, Mike.

To be honest, this was all new to me. Mike was experiencing health problems coupled with cognitive issues. His living circumstance required a change for his safety and well-being.

Lisa became my friend’s advocate, first taking time to get to know Mike and his family and fully understand the wishes and needs of everyone involved. She then helped guide Mike and his family thru this challenging time, using her contacts, experience, and general “know-how” to help arrive at best outcomes for all involved.

I was so impressed by Lisa’s professionalism and “soft” human qualities of kindness and compassion. And in the spirit of Mike’s advocacy, her fierceness as well, all in the service of Mike and his family.
